How to Install lat software package in Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr)

lat software package provides LDAP Administration Tool, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install lat

lat is installed in your system.

Make ensure the lat package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep lat *

You will get with lat package name, version, architecture and description in a table
